Upon full payment, final deliverables become the client’s property. Bagheri Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality marketing services, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, engagement, or follower growth, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your project and schedule.

Completed Work

Once work has begun or been delivered, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled before work has started, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Digital Services Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has commenced.
